Core Solutions
Our credit union partners demand that our software be flexible enough to run on any operating system. As a result, CUProdigy is
‘Operating System Independent’-----its database and web servers can run on Windows, Linux, Unix and Aix based servers.
CUProdigy’s work station access is ‘browser based’, meaning there is no ‘program’ to install or maintain. Credit Unions can access CUProdigy by using any of the popular browsers
such as Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
CUProdigy was developed using an ‘open architecture’ platform. Not only does this bring about significant cost savings and more rapid product development, it allows our users
virtually unlimited access to their information for various reports and management data.
We’ve developed our processing system using Java development tools and technologies. This gives us greater flexibility when it comes to making modifications, updates etc., and
in bringing new technologies into play. Our users really appreciate that flexibility because it translates into better capabilities for meeting the needs of their members.
CUProdigy can be deployed in an ‘In-House’ deployment, an ‘ASP’ (hosted) environment, or a comprehensive ‘Service Bureau’ setting.
‘In House’ applications are beneficial when credit unions desire faster processing speeds, greater flexibility and control over their processing functions, while ASP and
‘Service Bureau’ options are generally preferred by users who want lower equipment and set-up costs, and less involvement in their processing systems.
Since CUProdigy ‘thinks’ like credit unions think, it is very user friendly and easy to learn. Our combination of both keyboard/mouse navigations and built in shortcuts not only
streamline processes and functions, but produce world class member relationship experiences as well.
