After talking about Email Hosting for several months, CUDP is ready and is now offering an email hosting service. There are many benefits: Control: You get the control of your own email accounts, aliases, etc. This allows you to take care of administrative tasks and maintenance yourself. Web-Access: Get and send email from any computer with internet access. Spam Filtering. CUDP is leveraging new technology from SonicWall which provides a top of the line spam filtering system with a daily spam report. Currently CUDP is processing between 7000-8500 emails a day blocking 95% or more of them as spam. Less than 1% of spam will actually make it to your inbox, and if one does, you just submit it to spam@gmail.com and it will be

reported to SonicWall for future blocking. Policy Compliance: Each credit union can create their own outgoing email compliance policies. For instance, if your policy is that your employees should never email account numbers, social security numbers or credit card numbers in unprotected emails we can set up your policies to block any emails containing such information and send notification to the sender and management when one is detected. There is of course some cost for these services. Which are easily justified in the time your staff will save scanning SPAM alone. Contact CUDP today to start the process to have your email hosted by CUDP.
