CUDP’s capable team of programmers and support staff are available to help with any aspect of PDCU support Monday-Friday 7am to 7 pm MST except official CUDP holidays. To receive support – just call CUDP: Additionally, you may fax support issues to: (801) 451-9117 Or email issues to support@cudp.com On any faxed or emailed issues, please make sure that you reference your name, Credit Union name, contact information (if after hours), and a full description of what the problem is and what steps you took to receive that problem. For urgent issues, it is always best to call CUDP even if the issue is faxed or emailed. Support outside of the hours listed above may be available by calling CUDP and following the prompts to go to the on-call support. These calls are normally billable at CUDP’s after hours rates.
